Three constables of the Delhi Police turned saviours, if not really mid-wives, as they helped a woman deliver her baby in their PCR van last week. It was an unexpected delivery for 22-year-old Surajmukhi who suddenly went into labour pain on Thursday night as her husband and in-laws drove her to a nearby hospital for treatment.
