UP engineer's family rejects compensation

The family of the UP PWD engineer who was killed by workers of the BSP for allegedly refusing to pay a donation for Chief Minister Mayawati's birthday has refused compensation from the government. Manoj Gupta was allegedly beaten to death by BSP MLA Shekhar Tiwari after he refused to make a donation for Chief Minister Mayawati's birthday.
