Once upon a time, in an age not too far away, one could perhaps predict how one particular caste would vote for a political party. But 17 years into the 21st century, is it the same? In the ongoing Uttar Pradesh elections, one gets the sense that the older generation of Dalits will seemingly vote for the Bahujan Samaj Party or BSP, but the younger generation is not so sure.
