A week after two teenage sisters were gang-raped and found hanging from a tree in the Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh, a chilling reminder of the case has been reported from the state again. In the Siyapur village of the Etah district in western UP, 85 kilometres from Badaun, two sisters aged 14 and 15 have been gang-raped by three men.
