Lenders such as PNB are in talks with developers to ensure the smooth flow of capital to the real estate sector, says K.R. Kamath, CMD, Punjab National Bank. He adds that while banks will look at lending to unfinished projects, they are trying to ensure that asset quality concerns are addressed at the same time.
