Three Mumbai civic officials held captive by Raj Thackeray's party over potholes

In Dadar, Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has held three government engineers captive in their Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) office from 11.30 this morning and have said they will not be allowed to go home till potholes in the area are fixed.
