Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the Vijaya Dashami this year would be a "very special one." Though the PM made no direct mention about Indian Amry's surgical strikes across the Line of Control, his comments were seen in the context of the Army's raid on terror launch pads in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK).
