Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has spoken to Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, following tension in Assam's Tinsukia District after the killing of a businessman and his daughter. Both of them were from outside Assam, and part of a community referred to as 'Hindi-speaking people' in the area.
