T3 trouble: Power, water problems mean no domestic flights, yet

Delhi's Terminal 3 isn't quite ready to take on full-scale operations yet. The terminal opened for international flights on July 28. Airlines were meant to start using T3 for domestic flights on August 27. However, the ministry for Civil Aviation has said "Presently the quality of power supply is erratic which is affecting the sophisticated baggage handling and security equipment at the Terminal."
