Surat: 4 rescued from flash floods

In Surat, a woman, while washing clothes on the banks of the Ambika river, was caught in the fury of the flash floods, and was swept along by the might of the river on Thursday. Three men, including woman's father, jumped into the river to save the woman but were themselves caught in the flash floods.
