The senior-most Army commander in the Valley, Lieutenant General Subrata Saha, has told NDTV that in many cases families that are being evacuated flood-hit Srinagar are keen to return home. Barkha Dutt accompanied the Army on a boat rescue in the interiors of Srinagar and spoke with a stranded family on why they don't want to leave their home.
