D K Sarraf, CMD of ONGC, speaks to NDTV about the company's fourth quarter earnings. Net profit was down 19.5 per cent in the fourth quarter of FY15 despite no subsidy payout in the quarter. There were many factors including a write off, he says. Mr Sarraf expects production to be much higher in FY16. He also says that while the government has exempted ONGC from sharing subsidy in the first quarter of FY16, there is still no clarity for the other quarters.
