Former Telecom Minister A Raja has asked the CBI to clearly explain whether or not it has completed its investigation against him. Mr Raja has been in Tihar Jail since February. He is accused of selling mobile network licenses and spectrum at throwaway prices to companies he favoured in 2008, when he was Telecom Minister.
