PM must spend more time in Parliament: Mani Shankar Aiyar

As the UPA struggles to break the deadlock in Parliament, senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar has said that increased participation from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh could help in ending the logjam and provide for a more meaningful Winter Session. Mr Aiyar also added that he supported the idea of a dedicated Prime Minister's Question Hour in Parliament.
