With cases of fake encounter having recently dogged the state, Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah has taken on the defence establishment, blaming it for blocking justice in two high-profile cases. He further said that the Army's resistance in taking suitable action caused embarrassment to his government.
