North India under the grip of cold wave

Icy cold wind continues in Delhi on Tuesday with minimum temperature being 4.7 degrees, three degrees below normal for this time of the year. Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana too remain intensely cold with temperature between zero to 5 degrees.
