Narendra Modi gives Raj Thackeray 'State Guest' status

Narendra Modi is being criticized by the Congress in Gujarat for according "state guest" status to Raj Thackeray, who is on a nine-day trip to Gujarat. Mr Thackeray heads the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS). Though protocol does not merit official "state guest" treatment for him, the Chief Minister of Gujarat has made an exception for him.
