Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today met Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval in New Delhi. She invoked Vajpayee and urged the Prime Minister to start dialogue with Kashmiris. Kashmir has been in lockdown for 31 days now. Parliament is going to debate the issue tomorrow.
