Manipur girl raped in Delhi: North East community angry

Forty eight hours have passed since a 20-year-old Manipuri student was raped. But till now, there is no breakthrough. The cop in charge of this Delhi District refused to be interviewed on camera... but told me on the phone that the police have been conducting raids to nab the accused and hopes that he will be in custody very soon.
