On day three of the BJP conlave in Goa, BJP President Rajnath Singh is addressing the 300 BJP leaders at the national conclave in Goa. The biggest announcement made was the formal declaration of the name of Narendra Modi as the chairman of the BJP poll campaign for 2014 elections.
