A government school teacher has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor in Katni, Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. The victim, a 12-year-old girl, alleges that she was raped by the teacher on March 28. She also claims that the teacher threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident.
