A 51-year-old man has committed suicide in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh -- a suicide note found on him claims he took the step in demand for reservation for the Kapu community. Cheekatla Venkata Ramana Murthy belonged to Kapu community but had no "political background", the police said. He was a television technician.
