Siddhartha Mukherjee, the author of The Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of Cancer, says Apple founder Steve Jobs' death was a failure of imagination. Speaking to NDTV's Barkha Dutt at the Tehelka Think Fest in Goa, the Pulitzer Prize winner, who is an India-born American physician, said "we failed to give him life-altering technologies."
