Senior BJP leader Jaswant Singh, who is upset over not being allowed to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls from his home constituency, accused his party of arrogance today and confirmed that he will file his nomination tomorrow, suggesting that will contest as an independent candidate. The veteran, however, did not confirm that he will quit the party.
