Jail inmates beat doctor to death in Bihar

In a shocking case in Bihar's Gopalgunj district, seven convicts at the district jail severely beat up prison doctor B D Singh, who died of his injuries enroute to the Patna Medical College Hospital. Relatives of the doctor say he was assaulted by prison inmates in the presence of four prison guards, who ran away from the spot.
