Indian-American student charged with sex, hate crimes

A 19-year-old Indian American student has been charged with hate crimes against his gay roommate. Dharun Ravi has been charged with secretly using a webcam in September 2010 to film his roommate Tyler Clementi kissing a male friend in his room. Clementi found out about this, complained to college authorities, and committed suicide.
