The DMK is meeting this morning to pass a stern resolution against the UPA government it quit last week, but the party's internecine warfare has upstaged its political battle on the Lanka issue. MK Alagiri, the older son of DMK chief M Karunanidhi, is not attending today's meeting, to record, say sources, his protest against not being consulted on the decision to walk out of the Congress-led government at the Centre.
