In Delhi, boy's knee damaged after night-long ragging

Another serious case of ragging has been reported, this time in the capital. A first-year student of the School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi was so severely ragged in September last year that he was left with serious knee injuries for which he needed a surgery. A case was also registered with the police. The incident happened in September in the boys' hostel which is shared by first year and second year students.
