They have ruled Bellary in Karnataka for over a decade now. But the arrest of the most vocal among the Reddy brothers of Bellary - Janardhana Reddy - on charges related to illegal mining is the strongest sign yet that the grasp of the multi-millionaire mining barons is loosening.
