A day after he killed the girl he stalked, 19-year-old Chetan Sheoran appeared remorseless. The accused, a BTech student in Pune, was taken in custody after he stabbed Varsha Yadav, a 19-year-old engineering student, to death at GJUST campus in Hisar when she came out of her hostel to go home for holidays.
