As rain cripples Millenium city Gurgaon, Deputy Commissioner admits to mistakes made by the administration. Speaking to NDTV he said situation could have been handled better, and added that the officials should have taken a calibrated approach towards draining out water. However he is confident that all the areas with poor drainage system have been identified and they are fully prepared if it rains further.
