Gadkari aide Joshi quits party post; will Modi attend key BJP meet?

Hours before the BJP's national executive meet begins in Mumbai, Sanjay Joshi, a fierce critic of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, has resigned from the party executive. Mr Joshi's presence is said to have been the reason Mr Modi had decided to skip the important party meeting. Sources say he might change his mind now.
