Four suspected Indian Mujahideen men have been arrested for alleged involvement in the October 27 serial blasts in Patna targeting Narendra Modi's rally. Three of the suspects have been identified as Haider, Numan and Muzibullah. The fourth is a minor. They were arrested by the National Investigation Agency or NIA from a village on the outskirts of Ranchi.
