In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Minister of State, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Rajiv Pratap Rudy tells NDTV that skill development is a priority for PM Narendra Modi despite the recent budget cut and the government's recipe on the economic front is fantastic. Speaking on the controversy over expenditure on PM's mega event, Mr Rudy said all expenses are part of the government policy and are budgeted for. Reaching out to the Opposition, he said the Congress should be participatory and help pass the GST Bill.
