HM Bangur, MD of Shree Cement, talks to NDTV Profit about the Budget and the cement sector. He says the hike in excise duty in the general Budget, freight rate hike in the Rail Budget and the diesel price hike together will lead to an increase in the cost by around Rs 20/tonne or Rs 1.5-2/bag. He welcomed the push towards the road sector and expects the demand scenario to improve from the second quarter of FY16.
