Prime Minister Narendra Modi today shared his thoughts on the issue of drug menace in India in the third round of his "Mann Ki Baat" radio programme. During his last radio address, on November 4, PM Modi had invited views on the issue of "mitigating the menace of drugs" and had also asked NGOs working on the issue to share their experiences.
