Two days after a terrorist attack in which eight CRPF soldiers were killed and more than 20 were injured in Jammu and Kashmir's Pampore, an amateur video has surfaced showing one of the two terrorists firing indiscriminately at the bus. Questions are being raised about whether there were lapses on part of the forces which led to such high casualty figures. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has said a probe will now determine whether the standard operating procedure was violated.
