In a shocking incident in north Maharashtra's Yavatmal district, stray dogs were found devouring the dead body of an abandoned newborn girl child within the premises of the government medical college. The hospital authorities, however, are passing the buck, saying the baby was not born at the hospital and that they know nothing about where she came from.
