Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh hit out at Kiran Bedi after the controversy over a report that Ms Bedi travelled for events using discounted tickets but gave her hosts inflated bills. The Board of Trustees of an NGO Ms Bedi is associated with has offered to return the money.
