Police today arrested the husband of a councillor in Delhi's municipal corporation, who committed suicide after killing her one-and-half-year-old baby. Satyam Yadav, 27, hanged herself at her Nangloi home in west Delhi on Thursday morning after strangling her daughter. She represented Nangloi (East) in the North Delhi Municipal Corporation.
