Terming the budget as a mixed bag, Kishore Biyani, Group CEO of Future Group, was critical of the service tax increase. He felt that the increase will make everything from going to movies to mobile bills, more expensive. A lot of the good initiatives will take a while to kick in, but the service tax implication will start impacting immediately, he felt.
