The important question is how BJP and its leadership, particularly Prime Minister, will react to the Bihar results. Will there be a course correction between now and 2019? "The Congress party will have to take decisions according to context, the place, the state and time of the elections. I congratulate the Congress leadership for taking a practical strategy in Bihar elections," said Mr Chidambaram.
