Army Chief General VK Singh kept an appointment with captains of industry today, but refused to comment on the twin storms he has generated this week that have engulfed the country. "I have said whatever I had to say," General Singh told reporters after addressing the Fifth International Conference on Aerospace and Defence. At the event, he said 70 per cent of India's defence equipment is imported; he stressed the need to produce more arms and ammunition domestically.
