The UP chief minister has been under fire for the law and order situation in the state. There have been 10 rapes in the past 48 hours in the state. Today while announcing new measures for dealing with rape, Mayawati hit back at the Congress and said it was baseless to suggest that the maximum crime against women was taking place in Uttar Pradesh.
