Bharat Earth Movers Limited or BEML has filed a defamation suit against ex-army chief General VK Singh for his comments on the Tatra-army trucks deal. Insisting that BEML's deals with Tatra "are transparent", BEML chief VRS Natarajan also demanded an apology from General Singh today.
