Former bureaucrat Anil Baijal has taken oath as the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, a post that fell vacant after the surprise resignation of Najeeb Jung last week. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was present when Mr Baijal, 70, was administered oath as the 20th Lieutenant Governor of Delhi this morning by High Court chief Justice G Rohini at Raj Niwas in Civil Lanes area of North Delhi.
