For the first time in four years, a man has topped the prestigious Civil Services Examination, results for which were declared today. Gaurav Agrawal is 30-years-old and has a computer science degree from IIT Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow, where he was a gold medalist.
