Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister P Chidambaram on Monday morning. After his meeting with Mr Chidambaram, the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister confirmed that the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) was discussed.
