Two days after he was asked to face trial along with his wife for allegedly murdering their 14-year-old daughter Aarushi, the Supreme Court said that dentist Rajesh Talwar will remain on bail but has to appear before the trial court on February 4. Mr Talwar's lawyer argued on Monday that judicial custody was not needed as his client was released in July, 2008 and is already on bail. Mr Talwar's papers and documents are with the court.
