In Bangalore, public hearings were held in which garment workers from Gurgaon, Tirupur and Bangalore spoke of the need for something as basic as a living wage. There has been much debate over the condition of garment workers in India - and this National People's Tribunal was set up to highlight this issue - the verdict was delivered on Sunday.
